Understanding Anarchy

This is an anarchy server. Most traditional Minecraft server rules do not apply to gameplay. Players are free to grief, raid, steal, and engage in PvP without restriction. By joining, you acknowledge and accept this environment.

1. Gameplay Freedom

Players have complete freedom within the game environment. Griefing, raiding, stealing, PvP, and base destruction are permitted and expected aspects of gameplay. No protection is provided against these actions.

2. Prohibited Activities

While gameplay is unrestricted and cheating is allowed, certain technical actions are prohibited:

• • Server backdoors or unauthorized system access
• • DDoS attacks or network interference
• • Intentionally causing severe server lag or crashes
• • Exploiting critical server vulnerabilities
• • Excessive chat spam that disrupts multiple players

Important: Regular client modifications (hacks, cheats, X-ray) are permitted. There is no anti-cheat system. Play however you want within technical limits.

• • Maces and Tridents & Spears are currently enabled but may be disabled or nerfed if combined with hacks they prove too disruptive
• • No anti-cheat system is in place - cheating is part of the anarchy experience
• • World border: 60,000,000 x 60,000,000 blocks

5. Account Responsibility

Players are responsible for their accounts and all activities conducted through them. Account sharing is at your own risk. We are not responsible for stolen accounts or compromised credentials.

6. Community Platforms

While the server has no gameplay rules, our Discord and other community platforms have moderation standards. Harassment, spam, illegal content, and behavior violating Discord's Terms of Service will result in removal from community platforms.

7. No Guarantees

The server is provided as-is. We strive for high uptime and stability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. No refunds are provided for any purchases or donations. Rollbacks due to technical issues may occur without notice.

8. Economy and Trading

All in-game currency and items have no real-world value. Trading, scamming, and theft of in-game items are part of gameplay and are not moderated. Real-money trading is prohibited and may result in account termination.

9. Age Requirements

Players must be at least 15 years old or meet their local jurisdiction's age requirement for online gaming. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring minors' gameplay and community interactions.

10. Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary for server operation: usernames, IP addresses for security, and basic gameplay statistics. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties. Chat logs may be retained for administrative purposes.

11. Modifications to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the server after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Major changes will be announced through Discord and in-game notifications.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for any player who violates technical restrictions, exploits vulnerabilities, or engages in activities that threaten server stability or security. Bans are at staff discretion and may be permanent.
